For my Final Project, I used all I had researched and some of the photography techniques to create one video. The video stays on the subject of magic and how we can't trust everything we see in a video due to illusions. By using the technique of stop motion it enabled me to be able to stop the camera and change things without the viewer seeing, for example, the peeling of the orange. I made the background very dark to make it seem more like a performance, and I wore white gloves to seem more like a magician. I took a picture after every small piece of movement and pieced the together in Sony Vegas so there was only a small freeze after every picture to make it flow better. I also dressed in black so I was only seen in the film as a dark ominous figure. I feel this gave the video an eerie feel and I thought overall, the whole project was a success due to artist research and the love of magic helping me along the way.
